The Ancient Inner Science

What is Adhi Vithai?

Hidden from the world for centuries, this sacred knowledge was never meant for mass teaching. Transmitted only from Guru to prepared seeker through experience, not theory.

Adhi Vithai is the process of self-purification through direct inner observation, where the seeker turns inward to perceive the movement of breath (Uyir), the nature of mind (Chitta), the presence of inner light (Oli), and the vibration of inner sound (Nada).
