7-Day Gurukulam Flow
Each day gradually deepens the seeker's ability to observe, stabilize, and internalize awareness.
Important Understanding
Seven days is only a beginning.
The purpose is not completion but initiation into the path.
Gurukulam Dharma
The entire foundation of aadhi Vithai rests on three pillars. All participants must strictly follow the five primary disciplines of the Gurukulam tradition.
The Five Primary Disciplines
Complete silence: no talking, no gestures, no communication. Silence conserves energy, deepens observation, and allows inner awakening.
No phone, no communication with the outside world, no reading or writing. You are entering an inner laboratory of consciousness.
Pure vegetarian sattvic food. Simple, modest clothing. No body decoration. No fasting during the program.
Who May Enter
"This is not a path for the curious it is a path for the committed." Your progress depends only on what you bring from within.
Gurukulam Tradition
In true Gurukulam spirit, knowledge is never sold. Participants may offer Dakshana (donation) voluntarily after completion maintaining the purity of transmission, freedom from commercialization, and sacred continuity of Siddhar wisdom.
Sit as if alone in the universe.
Observe as if nothing else exists.
Realize that which was always within.
Final Guiding Principle · Siddhar Tradition
aadhi Vithai is not taught.
It is awakened.
